Everything you need to know about getting your beauty bracelets and what to do if you need to make a return. We're committed to making your experience as smooth as possible.

Shipping information

Each beauty bracelet is personally packaged with care by me in Indianapolis, Indiana. Once your order is prepared, it will be sent to your address via the postal service. Please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50, regardless of what bracelet you order.

Typical delivery timeframe is 3 to 7 days after the order has been shipped.

Returns & exchanges

If you need to return or exchange your beauty bracelet, please contact me. I am happy to help you resolve any issues. If you need a return, please explain the issue with your bracelet, and I’ll send you a new one free of charge.
